We strive to only use fresh produce! Our goods come mainly from the region and in organic quality.
Everything is homemade. From the sauces to the whipped cream for dessert. We do not use glutamate.
It is important to us, especially today, to use the products as naturally as possible! Natural and sustainable is our motto.
